We use your data to operate errands and deliveries, run the wallet and escrow system, verify identities, prevent fraud, provide support, and improve the service.
02No Sale of Personal Data
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the parties needed to complete a service (e.g. an assigned runner sees delivery details) or where required by law.
03Data Retention
We retain data for as long as your account is active and as required for legal, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes. Some transaction and compliance records must be retained even after an account is deleted.
04Analytics & Improvement
We use aggregated, de-identified usage information to understand performance and improve the product. This does not identify you individually.
05Your Controls
You can review, update, or request deletion of your data, and manage permissions and notifications, from the Account & Privacy section of the app.
