1. Talk to Nexa
Open Nexa AI and describe your errand. Nexa asks pickup, drop-off, service type, and budget — naturally, in chat.
2. Get a transparent quote
Nexa calculates distance × price/km plus a small service fee. You see Transport, Service Fee, and Total before paying.
3. Confirm & escrow
Click 'Confirm Errand'. Funds move from your Nexa Wallet into escrow — runners can't take your money before delivery.
4. Verified runner accepts
A nearby runner whose deposit covers the task picks it up within 60 seconds. You receive status events: Accepted → At pickup → On the way → Delivered.
5. Approve & release
Once delivered, you approve. Escrow releases instantly. Disputes? Open one with evidence and admins resolve.
