NEXA GO respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and the control you have over it.

01Data Collection

We collect the information you provide — your name, phone number, email, and location details — together with information generated as you use the app, such as errands created, deliveries completed, and support requests. We collect only what is needed to operate the service.

02Location Usage

With your permission, we use your location to find nearby runners, calculate delivery routes, and improve delivery accuracy. You can disable location access at any time in your device settings, though some features may stop working.

03KYC Verification

Runners and certain users complete identity verification (KYC) by uploading a government-issued ID and a selfie. These documents are used solely for identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance, and are accessible only to authorised verification staff.

04Payment Information

Wallet balances, deposits, escrow holds, and withdrawals are processed securely. We store transaction records required to operate the wallet and escrow system. We do not store raw card details on our servers.

05Notifications

With your permission we send notifications about errand updates, delivery progress, withdrawals, and important account alerts. You can manage notification preferences in the app and your device settings.

06Cookies

We use essential cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and keep the service secure. We do not use them to sell your data.

07Data Storage

Your data is stored on secure, access-controlled infrastructure. Documents such as KYC uploads are kept in private storage with signed, time-limited access.

08Data Protection

We apply role-based access controls, row-level security, and encryption in transit so that only authorised parties can access your information. We continuously monitor for fraud and abuse.

09User Rights

You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, and to withdraw consent where applicable.
