Terms of Service

Last updated · June 2026

By using NEXA GO, you agree to these terms. They set out the responsibilities of users, runners and hubs, and how money, refunds and accounts are handled.

01User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, use the platform lawfully, treat runners and staff with respect, and pay for errands you request. You are responsible for activity under your account.

02Runner Responsibilities

Runners must complete verification, accept only errands they can fulfil, handle items with care, communicate honestly, and follow all applicable laws and safety requirements. Runners maintain the deposit reserve required to operate.

03Hub Responsibilities

Hubs (agents) onboard and verify runners, support their network, and uphold platform standards. Hubs must verify documents accurately and must not approve fraudulent accounts.

04Escrow Rules

Errand payments are held in Nexa Wallet escrow. Funds are released to the runner only after the user confirms delivery. Escrow protects both parties and ensures money moves only when work is completed.

05Withdrawals

Eligible balances can be withdrawn subject to verification and available funds. Withdrawals may be reviewed for fraud prevention and are processed according to platform schedules.

06Refunds

If an errand is not completed as agreed, escrowed funds may be refunded through the dispute process. Refund outcomes are determined by the evidence provided and platform policies.

07Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, abuse other users, or create safety risks. Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent removal.

08Platform Policies

Additional policies — including our Privacy Policy, KYC Policy and Data Usage Policy — form part of these terms. We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
